Innovative environment to facilitate innovation in an organization, a learned
Professor presented Power Point Presentation in which he posed several
questions like :
At what sort of work environment do you feel
best, articulate your views, think creatively and feel comfortable;

What
sort of seating comfort you feel you will be comfortable to think positively,
to make decisions and to bring results;

Do
you actually require stimulus to bring out your ideas, creativity, innovation
and positive thinks from your inner layers and if so what kind motivation you
require
Are you comfortable with activity around you - if
so what kind of activity - like a Railway Station, Busy Airport, Vegetable
Market, Movie Hall, Suburban Train, Oval Office, Inside

the Air plane, Five star Hotel and any thing other than this? Like this the questions are many and the list is very much time consuming.
What I observed in the entire presentation is that the speaker or the attending members never uttered a word about "Shirt" which is actually makes a terrible difference in the environment.
Take for example attitude - Having no attitude is
no worry and having a different attitude makes you not to wear a shirt!
Outlook is most important aspect when selecting a shirt. I am not telling that
you need to have an outlook to buy a good shirt, but the outlook of a person
determines the shape of a shirt, color of shirt and its total appearance. You
speak loudly with animated gestures. You wear a different shirt form the
shirt owned by calm and quit person.
You walk rapidly and your moves are swift and
your looks are searching - you wear a different shirt. If you wear a
green shirt and the next day you seldom wear the same but go for a grey shirt!
That means you experiment with colors - You like to experiment in public.
Take an
African shirt - it suits the person who is sportive, fun loving. Appliqué shirt
or Batik printed shirt or Ikat shirt - have same similarities like African
shirt.

Baggy shirt - denotes carelessness and live happily mood,
Bikini shirt and Branded shirt - gives you a person with reserved mood, fixed principles.
Business shirt - is compulsory and this shirt has to be removed once the purpose is over, you cannot tell about the man who is wearing this shirt. But then you have to do a follow-up about what

color he is using frequently. Mostly the upcoming businessmen change the color of different types.
If one uses all the colors in seven days of a week - then he must be experimenting with his luck! He is yet to break the ground. On the other hand, if light colors, particularly the Sky blue or white or grey are used, then he has established his business.
Button less shirt - implies arrogance in some
cases and in some cases speaks about light hearted men. Buttoned shirt warns
that the man is keeping all his plans within himself.
Casual
shirt, CEO Shirt, Corporate shirt, Cotton mixed shirt, Cotton shirt:
These shirts are same in all aspects but the color is important when you decide
about the person's attitude.

are people with different mind set. They tend to give you a shock one of
these days - provided you take them lightly.
Exclusive shirt - what is it? A shirt
becomes exclusive in many counts. Its brand may be exclusive, its blend
may be exclusive or its make may be exclusive. Some times its origin -
that is who presented it or when it was purchased or why it was bought - makes
the shirt exclusive.
I have my friend - he kept one white full sleeve
shirt outside on the hanger and it was there for the last 15 days. When I
asked him about why he was not using it for any occasion, he said that shirt
was an "exclusive shirt" will be used for only certain occasions. I
probed him further about what are those special or certain occasions
like. He was hesitant to answer my questions but further probing he
revealed that it was for some rituals! I have not asked him again.

shirt - is a kind of shirt - depending upon your taste and fashion or your girl
friend's or wife's fashion statement which she wants read it herself on
YOU! Fashion shirt has got very little life cycle.
Festival shirt - is one which you use for certain
festivals. And while first-night shirt or marriage shirt or Honeymoon Shirt,
these are kind of souvenirs of your own! They will be there till your son
started mockery about it.

footpath and bargain shops or on auction centers - because you have to present
it to some one and you don't want to spend a fortune on it. "Fortune" here is a
relative term.
Talking about shirts - once can speak days
together about their make, brand, color, style, purpose and its place in the
society. Matching shirts - is a nonsense, you should not look for a
matching shirt with your trousers. If you wear jeans, any shirt will go
on this! But your personality, color, hairstyle and your attitude are
more important for a shirt to have its own display.
